My why

We are not made of crystal.
We are here to rise, not to break.
This is why I train, why I coach, and why I believe in women’s strength.
If you’ve ever felt lost or afraid to take up space, this is for you.

ABOUT ME

MY JOURNEY FINDING MYSELF

I left Spain in 2014, when I was 29 years old, with the intention of learning English and starting over. What I didn’t know then was how many times I would end up rebuilding my life.

I moved to England with no clear plan, later lived in different countries, worked as a croupier, spent time in Cyprus, and eventually settled for a while in Albania. Every move pushed me out of my comfort zone and forced me to adapt.

Living abroad taught me independence, patience, and resilience. It taught me how to start again when things don’t go as expected and how to find stability within myself rather than in a place or a job.

MY JOURNEY TO FITNESS

I started training like many people do, with the idea of changing my body. At first, I chased results without understanding the process. I followed strict diets, overtrained, and believed that more effort always meant better outcomes.

With time, I decided to learn properly. I hired a coach, studied, and eventually reinvented myself in my thirties by becoming a personal trainer. Training became more than exercise. It became a way to understand myself.

I competed in bodybuilding.
I ran a marathon.
I pushed my body to extremes and reached the standards many women think they want to achieve.

And that’s when I truly understood the other side of it.

I saw what it takes. The pressure. The control. The mental cost. I saw how easy it is to lose balance when aesthetics become the only goal.

Being inside gyms for years, surrounded by women, listening to their stories, their frustrations, their self-doubt, made everything clearer. We demand too much from ourselves. We compare constantly. We misinterpret what we see online. And we forget that strength is not only physical.

That’s when my perspective changed. Strength training stopped being about how I looked and became about how I felt, how I functioned, and how I respected my body.

WHERE I AM NOW

Today, I’m in a very different place.

I’m more grounded. More calm. More honest with myself.

I care about balance.

I care about my nervous system.

I care about feeling good in my body, not fighting it.

I understand that life has stages, and each one requires a different rhythm. Some phases ask for discipline. Others ask for rest. Some are about growth. Others are about enjoying what you’ve built.

I love training, but I also love food, dogs, reading, music, traveling, and creating content. I enjoy simple things. I value consistency, self-awareness, and living in a way that feels aligned.

I’m not perfect, and I don’t try to be.

I’ve learned to listen to myself, to respect my limits, and to move through life with more intention.

This is who I am now.

And this is the path that brought me here.
