FROM MADRID TO ENGLAND: MY JOURNEY FINDING MYSELF
Born in Madrid in 1985, my life was full of ups and downs before I discovered the power of strength-both physical and mental. But it wasn't until I took the leap into Casino croupier course that discovered something unexpected....I needed to learn English at my 29 years old.I made the bold decision to move to the UK in 2014 as I adjusted to life in there, learning English became my priority. I surrounded myself with post-it note, learning the language word by word.
It was an exciting time, filled with opportunities to travel across the UK, meet new people and challenge myself in new environments. But after achieving so much, something still felt like it was missing....
MY JOURNEY TO FITNESS: MISTAKES,MISSTEPS AND THE TRUTH I LEARNED
In 2016, I walked into the gym with one goal-lose weight and become thin. I threw myself into every fad diet, every cardio machine and wasted money on supplements that promised quick results. But none of it worked long-term. I never truly achieved my goal, and when I did, it was never sustainable. I ended up back where I started, sometimes feeling worse than before.
It took time, patience and a lot of trial and error to realice that the real key to lasting results wasn't in quick fixes but in changing my mindset and understanding my body

I made the decision to do things right way-investing in my own growth and committing to my personal training journey, completing both Level 3 and 4 certifications. With the guidance of a dedicated PT and coach, I found my passion in strength, health and structured planning. This focus transformed not only my body but my entire lifestyle.
I understand firsthand the struggles you face, especially when results see distant and life gets in the way. I've felt that frustration. But what changed for me was the power of consistency, focus and trusting a proven process. Now, I'm here to share that journey with you.
