She’s made me realise that I need to fuel my body with the right amount of calories and carbs to train, whereas before I would be so scared to eat carbs in fear I would put on weight! Hello my name is paval and I started training with Yasmin on the 1st of January 2022. It has only been a month and 2 weeks and Yasmin has already helped me achieve some of my goals such as loosing weight, enjoy going to gym, getting motivated and excited to lift weights. Not only that but I feel mentally and physically stronger within a short period of time it’s crazy how much confidence I have built within myself just from training. Yasmin makes my routines fun and enjoyable personally for me. She is very motivating and encouraging always giving me the best compliments even if I don’t believe her at times haha. If motivation, flexibility and a personal approach is what you want to achieve Yasmin is your lady to go to. She will give you that big budunka trunk 🍑
Yas guided me through my fitness journey from the beginning, starting off in my flat with body weight til fall in love with the gym, the weights and lifting. She taught me about nutrition and how to understand my body and to create a connection with my mind. She taught me how to not relay on motivation and push myself through discipline.
